Reblogging for @sfemonster. SFÉ YOU’D BETTER READ THIS.
Welcome to my tumblr. I repost/post things I like and occasionally current events in my life.
INFO:
I'm a barista. I like playing video games and D&D. I've been taking krav maga lessons for a year, I'm in the process of getting my divecon cert from SSI and hopefully a degree from a 4year. I love my dog, Legend of Zelda, and ravioli. I would love to travel and my eventual career goal is to become a police officer for Portland, OR.
I have to agree. <3
Skyrim is a perfect example of a game environment done right. So, so so right. It handles the epic, awe-inspiring things perfectly; the winter sky, the snowy mountains, the roaring waterfalls and the ancient shrines. You step into this world and it immediately feels epic.
What’s just as amazing is how well it does the little things too - details like salmon jumping upstream, a hawk flying above, a rabbit darting between trees, butterflies fluttering about. You get the impression that every corner of Skyrim is living and breathing; you step into a tavern and bards are playing their lutes, with patrons clapping to the tune. People go about their business, chopping wood and picking their crops.
Not to mention the soundtrack is incredible.
Basically Skyrim is fucking amazing and I’m so glad the wait is over.

You went to work, you did your job – looking after kids with troubled pasts, and it made your heart sing, and you felt that you were meant to be there.
You were making a difference, you were changing lives, you did everything you should.
And he grabbed you, and fed you his dick, and you…
SCUBA is so incredible. The worst part is dressing down in to your wetsuit when it’s 30 degrees out. Even then it isn’t that bad, you get too excited to worry about the cold. I can’t wait to continue my skills for more advanced certifications. Dive-con, I shall attain you! Bwahaha!
Our friends at Random House Children’s Books have generously agreed to donate one brand-new book for each new follower we gain on Tumblr, Facebook, and Twitter this week. Those books will go to thousands of schools and programs serving kids from low-income families across the country.
